Home

Tuesday Friendship group/Lunch Club: 10.00am - 1.00pm

We meet regularly, on a weekly basis at The Chesters, Chester Road, Sunderland

Woodridge Gardens Support Group

We meet on the third Friday of every month at Oxclose Road, Washington, NE38 7NZ between 10.00am to 12.00 noon.

Home Visiting / Befriending

This service provides support to people with dementia who live in the community as well as to their carers (family and friends).

The service aims to maintain a good quality of life by providing regular home visits offering companionship, social and emotional support, including opportunities to enjoy a range of activities , either home based or out and about in the community.

Peer Support Group for People with Dementia

The service offers people who have dementia the opportunity to meet up with one another without their carers for a short period of time and to enjoy socialising and a variety of activities.
